Project inquiries

The inquiry tool uses the information you enter to prepare an email draft on your device. It does not submit your answers to a website database or save them in browser local storage. Your inquiry is sent only when you send the draft through your email application. Your email provider processes that message under its own terms.

If you send an inquiry, Joel receives the contact information and project details you include and can use them to respond, discuss scope and availability, and manage any resulting project. Please do not include sensitive or confidential information in an initial inquiry.

Website delivery and fonts

Cloudflare delivers and protects this website. Hosting and security services may process technical information such as an IP address, requested page, browser details, and request time. Google Fonts supplies the typefaces used on the homepage; your browser contacts Google to load them. These providers process requests under their own privacy policies.

Cookies and measurement

The website’s own code does not set cookies, save tracking identifiers, or include advertising trackers. Hosting security features may use cookies where needed to protect the site. This site uses Cloudflare Web Analytics to understand page views and page-loading performance. Cloudflare supplies a measurement script through its hosting service. According to Cloudflare, Web Analytics does not collect or use visitors’ personal data. Inquiry answers are not submitted to analytics by this website’s form code. Email records and your requests

Sending an email creates correspondence in the email systems used by you and JDK Design. Records may be needed to respond to your inquiry, carry out a project, or meet applicable recordkeeping obligations. Contact Joel for information about retained correspondence or to request access, correction, or deletion. Requests are subject to applicable obligations and rights.

Portfolio and social links take you to other services. Their own privacy and cookie practices apply once you visit them.
